Jeanne Mann is a Certified Public Accountant by the State of California. Through her dedication to the accounting profession and small business, She has been the recipient of numerous awards - the most recent being one of the San Diego Business Journal's 2023 & 2024 Top 50 Women of Influence in Accounting and Finance for two consecutive years.

In addition Mann & Associates CPAs was listed in the San Diego Business Journal's list of Top Accounting Firms 2023 & 2024.

The San Diego Metropolitan Magazine featured Jeanne in its January 2024 Top Women of Influence online and print editions.
In addition Jeanne received the California Society of CPAs 2001 Public Service Award and the 2001 San Diego Metropolitan Magazine's Forty Under 40 Award. She was a finalist in the 2003 San Diego Business Journal's Women Who Mean Business awards program.
Jeanne iis the co-creator of the Audit Boot Camp, a successful initiative for young professionals. She is a sought-after keynote and feature speaker and is a regular presenter at the National Business Institute. Previously, she presented SCORE San Diego "Business Start Up" workshops. In July of 2005, she was a distinguished panel member at the NIH sponsored National SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) Phase II Conference.
She has actively participated in the State and Local Chapters of the California Society of CPA (CalCPA) since 1991. At the State level she served on the executive committee, board of directors and a task force. Locally Jeanne held the positions of president, vice president and secretary. It's noteworthy to mention, she was the second woman president in the CalCPA San Diego Chapter. In addition she served on the chapter's board of directors. She was also the editor of the chapter's bulletin and served on many task forces and committees.
Jeanne Mann earned her B.S. Accounting degree from Arizona State University.

Specializations include construction accounting, non-profit audits, franchise audits, biotech, healthcare and estate planning.

We are a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We participate in peer review of our quality control procedures. Members of the firm actively participate in both the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.

Community Involvement
Jeanne Mann's nonprofit profit involvement includes membership in the San Diego Chapter of the Parrothead Club since 1990, just this year the club raised $60K for charitable organizations. In addition, as a passionate animal advocate, she serves as the treasurer of the Jindo Love Rescue nonprofit 501c3, whose mission is to save the lives of dogs in South Korea by finding loving families in the US and Canada.
