Dan Montgomery is the tax director of Mann & Associates CPAs with more than 20 years of experience. In his senior position, Dan prepares multi-state corporate, partnership, LLC, gift, trust, and individual tax returns. In addition, he interacts with clients to provide solutions for their tax planning needs. He has extensive experience in financial forecasting/reporting, and complex tax planning. Dan graduated from the University of San Diego with Bachelor of Accountancy in 1995. He has been a licensed CPA since 1998 and is a member of CalCPA and AICPA.
Prior to joining Mann CPAs, Dan served as a tax manager at LevitZacks CPAs and at JGD & Associates, LLP.

Julicia Robles, M.S.M.
Julicia Robles is a Staff Accountant for Mann & Associates. Julicia relocated from Boston to join the San Diego-based firm. In her position, she prepares business, individual and not for profit federal and state tax returns. Julicia also supports principal, Jeanne Mann, on audits, reviews, and compilations. In addition, she discovers, analyzes, and resolves variances and discrepancies with client financial statements.
She graduated from Worcester State University with a bachelor’s in business administration, majoring in accounting. Julicia went on to receive her master’s in management with an accounting concentration. She is an Abigail Adams Scholarship Recipient. Prior to joining the firm in October 2019, she worked as a staff accountant and tax associate for three years.
Julicia is currently studying to attain her CPA license. She is valuable addition to Mann & Associates--keeping it on track to continue its sustained growth.
Jordan Mentz is a valuable resource for Mann & Associates. As a former staff accountant for the firm, Jordan is pleased to continue help the Mann team remotely. He prepares corporate, partnership and individual tax returns.
Jordan graduated from San Diego State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Accounting in just four years. He graduated from SDSU while working for a local software development company.
Currently Jordan also holds the position of financial controller for a local construction firm. Jordan grew up in Mission Viejo (Orange County) with his parents, twin brother, younger brother and sister. He recently married his college sweetheart, Arielle. Jordan enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and their son, Joel.
